In Rio de Janeiro, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, partners Denis Bruce Boggiss, Marcelo Evaristo, and Paulo Ricardo Fonseca de Magalhães saw the opportunity to create a company that would offer premium and exclusive service to a select group of clients. Thus, Laer Engenharia was born, a company specialized in high-end property renovations and construction.

History begins in 1989

With more than three decades of existence, the company has achieved proven success in construction and quality management. The excellence with which it combines sophistication and boldness — Laer's signature —and the quality that is evident in every result are some of the reasons for its clients' satisfaction. Already renowned and well-established in the Rio de Janeiro market, Laer invests in clear and well-defined processes for all its technical and management staff, emphasizing meritocracy.

From Rio to Brazil

Today, the company operates from two offices: in Jardim Botânico, Rio de Janeiro, and in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo. These two bases allow us to operate nationwide on various construction and renovation projects, with teams focused on excellence.
